Pick a format

Three ways to run a corporate VR event

Every format runs on the same simple pricing: per person, per hour, all games included. Right now that is $29.99/hr with the 50% off summer deal (reg. $59.99).

Team social

The easy default. Book an hour or two, split into squads, and rotate through co-op games - Death Squad for the competitive crowd, Party Playland for everyone else. Swap titles as often as you like.

Works from 4 people to a full floor of 30.

Tournament night

Built on Cyberclash Tournament, our head-to-head arena title for 1 to 6 players per match. Seed a bracket, run heats, and crown an office champion with actual bragging rights.

Offsite + meeting add-on

Run the planning session first, then walk into the arena. Brampton opens at 3 pm on weekdays and both arcades start at 11 am on weekends, so an afternoon offsite slots right in.

Need an earlier weekday start? Ask - earlier slots for corporate groups may be possible on request.

The logistics

Booking, invoicing, and headcount

Tell us the date and a rough headcount - final numbers can move. Pricing is per person, per hour, so when your list changes, the booking just changes with it. Need a formal invoice or a PO on file? That works too.

  1. Request your date

Use the booking form or email support@vr-vibe.com with your date, rough group size, and which arcade suits your team - the VR arcade in Oakville or the VR arcade in Brampton.

  2. We confirm and handle the paperwork

You get a confirmation by email or phone. If your company needs an invoice, a PO number on file, or a receipt for expenses, say so and we will set it up before the event.

  3. Show up and play

Your host checks everyone in, runs the 60-second tutorial, and manages teams and game swaps all session. Nobody from your team has to play tech support.

Why it works

Why it beats the usual team outing

Private by default

Your booking is your arena. No strangers dropped into the session, no waiting for lanes.

A host runs the room

A dedicated game host handles headsets, teams, and swaps. Organizers get to actually play.

60-second tutorial

No gamers required. The controls take a minute to learn, then everyone is in the match.

Wireless free-roam

No cables, no tethers. Walk, run, and dodge across the arena for real.

A format for every team

Co-op escape rooms like Wayfinders Escape Room build the collaboration; Cyberclash Tournament settles the rivalries.

Simple paperwork

One per-person hourly rate, all 28 games included, invoice or PO if you need it.

Corporate FAQ

Corporate event questions, answered

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Invoicing is available. If your company needs a PO or other paperwork, mention it in your booking notes or email support@vr-vibe.com and we will sort out what is possible when we confirm your event.

How much does a corporate VR event cost?

Pricing is per person, per hour, with all 28 games included. The regular rate is $59.99 per hour, and the current 50% off summer deal brings it to $29.99 per hour. There are no separate corporate packages - book as many hours as your team wants.

How many people can we bring?

The online booking form takes groups of up to 30. Bringing more? Email support@vr-vibe.com and we will plan the session in waves so everyone gets arena time.

What if our headcount changes after we book?

Just tell us. Pricing is per person, per hour, so update us when your final number lands and we will adjust the booking with you.

Does anyone need VR experience?

No. Headsets are wireless, the tutorial takes about 60 seconds, and a dedicated host runs the whole session. Players need to be 8 or older, which should cover the whole office.

Can we run a weekday daytime event?

Brampton opens at 3 pm Monday to Friday, and Oakville opens at 5 pm Tuesday to Friday, so late-afternoon starts work at both arcades. For an earlier weekday slot, email support@vr-vibe.com - earlier starts for corporate groups may be possible on request.

Can we bring food or alcohol?

Ask us first. Email support@vr-vibe.com with what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible at your location before you book.

Is the venue accessible for everyone on our team?

Tell us what your group needs. Call your location or email support@vr-vibe.com before booking and we will talk through access and how to set up the session so everyone can take part.

How far in advance should we book?

Earlier is better for weekend dates and groups over 15. Weekday evenings are usually easier on short notice. If your date is close, call the arcade directly: Oakville 647-562-3441, Brampton 905-599-7007.
