How it runs

How a VR Vibe party runs

You pick the package and send the invites. Our team handles setup, headsets, and the games from the first round to the last.

  1. Pick a package and a time

Choose Silver through Diamond, pick Oakville or Brampton, and send a booking request. We confirm the details with you by email or phone.

  2. Show up - we run the show

Staff fit the headsets, run a 60-second tutorial, and keep every round moving. The arena is booked for your group only.

  3. They play. You relax. Then cake.

Kids walk, run, and jump through the games with no wires while you watch. Gold packages and up wrap with party room time for the cake and food you bring.

Party FAQs

Birthday party questions, answered

Everything parents ask before booking a VR birthday party. Anything else, call 647-562-3441 or email support@vr-vibe.com.

How old do kids need to be for a VR birthday party?

Ages 8 and up. That is the floor for all our experiences, parties included. Most birthday groups are kids 8 to 14, but plenty of teens and adults book party packages too.

Do we need to pay a deposit to book?

Your booking form is a request, not a charge. We follow up by email or phone to confirm the date, the package, and any deposit before anything is finalized, so you are never billed by surprise.

Can we bring our own cake and food?

Yes. Bring your own cake, snacks, and drinks. Gold packages and up include party room time, so the group has a table to eat, sing, and open gifts.

Can parents stay and watch?

Yes, and you should - watching a room of kids dodge zombies in real life is half the show. The arena is booked privately for your group, so parents can watch from the sidelines or grab a headset and join a round.

How long does a VR birthday party last?

Arena time runs 1 to 2 hours depending on the package, and Gold packages and up add party room time after for cake and food. Plan for roughly 1.5 to 3 hours door to door.

How many kids can we invite?

Package minimums start at 6 guests, and our booking form takes groups up to 30. The games are multiplayer, and your host rotates squads in bigger groups so everyone gets plenty of play time.

What if fewer kids show up than we booked?

Packages are priced per guest with a package minimum - tell your host the final headcount and we will sort the total with you.

Do the kids need any VR experience?

No. Every party starts with a 60-second tutorial, staff fit the headsets, and the first game eases everyone in. The gear is wireless, so kids just walk, run, and jump like they would in a gym.

Which location should we book - Oakville or Brampton?

Whichever is closer. Both arenas run the same games and party packages. Oakville is at 2304 Lakeshore Rd W in Bronte Village, and Brampton is at 200 Walker Drive. Both open at 11 am on weekends, which is prime party time.

What about motion sickness?

Free-roam VR is easier on the stomach than sit-down VR because kids move on their own legs, so what they see matches what they feel. Anyone who wants a break can step out and jump back in whenever they like.
